Contractor shall sign clause 852.219-75 VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING-CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION (JAN 2023) (DEVIATION) pg.33 CONTRACTORS SHALL FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN SECTION E OF THE SOLICITATION ALL DOCUMENTS SHALL BE TURNED IN WITH OFFER IF NOT THEN IT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR EVALUATION. Statement of Work (SOW) shall not be used as your TECHNICAL APPROACH for the requirement of Gurney Van Transport. Technical Approach shall consist of how you will achieve the work and how it will be completed.
