The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereafter referred to as the Public Contract) is the supply of goods, which means the purchase of pistol cases, further specified in the terms of reference of this Public Contract. The delivery will be carried out as a whole in accordance with the conditions set out in the Purchase Agreement, the contract template of which is part of the tender documentationVZMR. The participant shall attach a draft contract to its offer, which forms an attachment to this tender documentation, see Documents - they will mainly fill in their identification data, the bid price, the signature of the authorized person and other data that respond to the conditions of entering this VZMR.
The contracting authority reserves the right to specify the conformal wording of the contract before signing the contract with the selected participant.
