This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation.  This is a request for quote (RFQ),  and the solicitation number is 36C25025Q0752. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR Deviations JUN 2025 (eff. 06/11/2025) VAAR DEVIATION APR 2025 (eff. 04/01/2025). The associated NAICS Code is 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing.The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is soliciting quotes from all sources to supply the Dayton VA Medical Center Ceiling Lift Systems.
