TINOC-2026-061
1) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc through the CY-2026-20% LDF 2026 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-One Pesos and Sixty-Seven Centavos (Php 399, 981.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GUINAO-BITO FMR CONSTRUCTION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids fo GUINAO-BITO FMR CONSTRUCTION. Completion of the Works is required until 40 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
