Guiding announcement of requirements for caution assessments - Procurement of assault alarms

During the autumn of 2025, the municipality of Oslo at the Welfare Agency will carry out a procurement of assault alarms. The procurement includes installation/assembly, commissioning and ongoing service/maintenance of the system for assault alarms at four of the welfare agency's intoxicants, with an option for expansion to another institution. The client shall have the opportunity to buy the necessary additional/replacement equipment within the life of the system. The acquisition has an estimated value of 8-10 million, and will follow the rules in Part III of the regulation. With this guiding announcement, we want to conduct a market survey on requirements for accounting assessments for responsible business. The goal is to investigate the maturity of the supplier market, so that we can assess the qualification and contract requirements to be used in the procurement.
