Guest house - water supply and distribution 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works, specifically the provision of water supply for the municipalities of Hostůovce and Martin nad Žitavou for the purpose of supplying the inhabitants of the affected municipalities with safe water in required quantity and quality. The applicant, as the future contractor of the subject of the contract, commits to the construction of the Work "Guest house, water supply and distribution", under the conditions and to the extent specified in Appendix A2 Project documentation Martin nad Žitavou, in Appendix A3 Hostůovce project documentation and in Appendix B. Draft contract for the work of these tender documents. 2. The successful bidder as a contractor undertakes to construct the Work in accordance with the project documentation and building permit. 3. If the description of the subject of the order used a reference to a specific brand, manufacturer, or product or type of product - these were used exclusively for illustration if it was not possible to describe the subject of the contract sufficiently accurately and comprehensibly in accordance with Act no. 343/2005 on public procurement and o amendments to certain laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZVO") and the usual business practice prevailing in the delivery of the same or similar objects of the order. In such cases, such reference is always deemed to be accompanied by words "or equivalent" and it applies that the applicant can always offer equivalent or better performance in accordance with the provisions of § 42 par. 3 ZVO.
