Ellevio hereby invites suppliers to apply to submit tenders for guard and security guard services.
The procurement is carried out as a negotiated procedure in accordance with the Act (2011:1029) on procurement in the field of defense and security (LUFS) and is thus covered by the Security Protection Act (2018:585), the security protection regulation (2018:658) and the Security Police's regulations and general advice on security protection (PMFS 2022:1). This means that the validity of the Agreement requires that a security protection agreement is entered into between Ellevio and the Applicant and any subcontractors.
The aim is to ensure high and even level of physical security at our electrical facilities, offices and other security objects through professional monitoring and security guard efforts.
The assignment mainly includes:
. Patrolling of stations, offices and other facilities
. Dispatch of stationary surveillance and access controls
Alarms can come from Ellevio's operations organization or another alarm center.
. Reporting, documentation and collaboration with Ellevio's operation and security organization
The services must be performed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on the Protection of Community Important Facilities, as well as Ellevio's internal guidelines. The supplier must have well-trained staff with relevant certifications and permits for both security and security guard duty.
