"Grudziądzki City Bike System". 1. The subject of the order is a task called: "Grudziądzki Rower Miejski System" covering the provision of operator services consisting in delivery, installation, commissioning, management and comprehensive operation of the Grudziądz City Bike System - "FLISAK", enabling quick rental of a means of transport in the form of a bicycle, using an application or web system. 2. The subject of the order is a service under which the Contractor is obliged will be in particular to: 1) providing 130 standard mechanically driven bicycles; 2) delivery and installation of 30 Bicycle Stations; 3) purchase and delivery of computer equipment; 4) preparation and implementation of an IT system used for using the FLISAK System; 5) preparation and launch of the website and applications for Android and iOS systems; 6) preparation of regulations for the use of the FLISAK System; 7) perform a test run of the System; 8) training indicated by the Ordering Party's persons regarding the use of FLISAK and the control and acquisition of data from the IT System; 9) launching the Grudziądz City Bike; 10) providing the System operator service. 3. A detailed description of the Subject of the order constitutes: Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order. 4.
