The subject of the order is the execution of a task called: "Grudziądzki City Bike System", consisting in the delivery, installation, launch, management and comprehensive operation of the Grudziądzki System City Bike - "FLISAK", enabling quick rental of a means of transport in the form of a bicycle, using an application or web system. 2. The subject of the order is a service under which the Contractor will be obliged in particular to: 1) providing 130 bicycles; 2) delivery and installation of 30 Bicycle Stations; 3) purchase and delivery of computer equipment; 4) preparation and implementation of the IT system used to use the FLISAK System; 5) preparation and launch of the website website and applications for Android and iOS; 6) preparation of regulations for the use of the FLISAK System; 7) perform a test run of the System; 8) training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the use of FLISAK and control i obtaining data from the IT system; 9) launching the Grudziądz City Bike; 10) providing System support services. 3.
