OBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT The object of the procurement is the delivery and installation of three growth tunnels (growth tunnels 1, 2 and 3, total area approx. 2700 m2). In addition, the purchase includes as an option the possibility to order two more growth tunnels (growth tunnels 4 and 5, total area of ​​about 2000 m2) and theyno installation. If the procurement entity uses the option regarding growth tunnels 4 and 5, the procurement entity makes a separate order for the growth tunnel or growth tunnels to the supplier. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the procurement entity can use the option also only for one growth tunnel. The subject of acquisition oalgae growth tunnels 1-5 will be located at the Haapastensyrae location of the Natural Resources Center in Loeppen Laeylaeinen. The installation schedule for growth tunnels 1-3 is presented in section 6.1.3 of the contract in appendix 2 of the request for tenders. The delivery and installation time of the optional growth tunnels 4 and 5 will be agreed with the purchasebetween age and supplier separately. If the procuring entity exercises the options referred to above, their use will be estimated for 2025 or 2026. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its appendices, especially in appendix 1 "Description of the object of procurement". CONTRACT PERIOD Bid daythe agreement in appendix 2 of the ynno enters into force on the effective date and is valid until the products have been delivered, installed and approved and the supplier has fulfilled his obligations based on the warranty period in a manner approved by the procurement unit.
