The object of this assignment is to conclude a framework agreement with one entrepreneur for the supply of hand tools and accessories for a period of 48 months, to the boards that are members of the inter-municipal purchasing service of IOK. Below These authorities are understood to mean: police zones, emergency assistance zones, OCMW, municipal and city councils and welfare associations. During the term of the contract, a number of welfare associations may join this framework agreement. It concerns a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK on the basis of these specifications, the aforementioned authorities are free to work elsewhere order during the duration of the contract or not to place an order. The contractor cannot claim compensation for this.
