Delivery of unprocessed books Delivery of unprocessed strips The object of this assignment is to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor per lot, for the supply of books and comics for a period of 48 months, to the authorities that be a member of the IOK intermunicipal purchasing department (see appendix B). These authorities include: police zones, emergency assistance zones, OCMW, municipal and city councils and welfare associations. This concerns a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the award and conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK on the basis of these specifications, the aforementioned authorities are free to order elsewhere during the term of the contract or no order to place. The contractor cannot claim compensation for this.
