Delivery of unprocessed books Delivery of unprocessed strips The object of this assignment is to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor per lot, for the supply of books and comics for a period of 48 months, to the authorities that be a member of the IOK intermunicipal purchasing department. These authorities include: police zones, emergency assistance zones, OCMW, municipal and city councils and welfare associations. This is a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the award and conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK on the basis of these specifications, the aforementioned authorities are free to order elsewhere during the term of the contract or not place order. The contractor cannot claim compensation for this. The contract is divided into the following two lots: • Lot 1: Delivery of unprocessed books • Lot 2: Delivery of unprocessed comics This assignment has as its object: concluding a framework agreement with one contractor per plot, for the supply of books and comics for a period of 48 months, to the boards that are members of the IOK inter-municipal purchasing service.
