Washing and maintenance of work clothes and household linen Healthcare institutions/residential care centers: rental and maintenance of work clothes and flat linen, washing residents' clothing. This group purchase concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for laundry services with one contractor per lot: - for lot 1: washing and maintenance of self-purchased work clothes of employees and maintenance of household linen from local authorities; - for plot 2: healthcare institutions/residential care centres: rental and maintenance of work clothes and flat linen and washing of residents' clothing; and this for a period of 48 months, to the authorities spread across the IOK operating area and who are members of the IOK intermunicipal purchasing department (see appendix C). These boards include: police zones, emergency assistance zones, OCMW, municipal and city authorities and welfare associations. Both residential care centers/care institutions that belong to the OCMW of an affiliated local government, and the residential care centers/care institutions that belong to the affiliated welfare associations will be able to purchase from plot 2. This is a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the award and conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK on the basis of these specifications, the aforementioned boards are free to order elsewhere during the term of the contract or not to place an order.
