2026/01/AR_Addressed analogue mail delivery 2026/01/AR _Hybrid and digital postal delivery This group purchase concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor for postal delivery services, for a period of 48 months, to the administrations who are members of the IOK intermunicipal purchasing department. This is a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the award and conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority, IOK on the basis of these specifications, the aforementioned authorities are free to order elsewhere during the duration of the contract or not to place an order. The contractor cannot claim compensation for this. The contract is divided into the following lots: • Lot 1: Addressed analogue postal delivery • Lot 2: Hybrid and digital postal delivery Given the non-exclusive nature of the framework agreement (and the lots), it is possible that customers can purchase from either of the two at any time plots, or that customers switch from one plot to another during the term of the framework agreement. The contractors of both plots cannot claim compensation for this and will provide all cooperation in order to achieve this transition as smoothly as possible.
