The buyer acts as coordinator of a group of orders whose members are as follows: - Colmar agglomeration; - Municipality of Colmar. The contract relates to the following services: current control and maintenance of the fire safety systems falling under the built heritage of the city of Colmar and Colmar Agglomeration. It is a current control and maintenance market for fire installations which also relates to: - Support for operators responsible for periodic controls and verification of fire safety systems, - the Management and monitoring of services, - the provision and updating of a G.M.A.O tool (management of computer -assisted maintenance), - the implementation of a on -call service, - the updating of indicators, the realization of periodic balance sheets, - Participation in meetings bimonthly and annual contract monitoring.
