LOT 1 - Group Offer Distribution Tool through direct channels (DVG/DTER) LOT 2 - Distribution tool for the Group Offer through indirect channels (DDTE) The project concerns the renewal of the SaaS distribution tool for the Groups for 3 offer SNCF VOYAGEURS entities: (Group Travel Department (DVG), TER Department and TGV Europe Distribution Department (DDTE). The scope covers all group distribution channels: - A website allowing customers to manage their requests in autonomy, - A portal dedicated to AGS agents and organizational clients The device also includes: - Billing, payments and reimbursements, - Integration with the SNCF IS ecosystem. The objective is to offer an efficient solution, secure, scalable, adapted to the constraints of the group segment, in particular events and heavy loads (sales openings). The scope covers a basic offer (B2B portal) and two optional additional services (PSE): - PSE FAC Agencies online (OLTA): B2C portal for online agencies - PSE FAC European Agencies: extended management in the B2B portal for agencies outside France.
