If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the email address shown below and in Section 3.5.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference on 17 April 2026, 9:30 A.M. (Philippine local time) at the U.S. Embassy Chancery Compound, Ermita, Manila and attendance is strongly encouraged. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact [email protected] to facilitate preparation of access clearance. Please submit name/s representatives (limit to two) no later than 07 April 2026, 4:00 P.M. (Philippine local time). Access to U.S. Government properties will not be permitted without prior clearance.
Submit any questions you may have concerning the solicitation documents in writing to [email protected] on or before 21 April, 2026, 4:00 P.M. (Philippine local time).
Quotations are due by 15 May 2026, 4:00 P.M. (Philippine local time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
