The subject of the Order is "Group health insurance".

The Subject of the Order covers the provision of services under the following programs:

1) a basic group health insurance program for the Employer's employees (financed by the Employer);

2) an optional group health insurance programhealth insurance for the Employer's employees (co-financed by the Employer's employees on a voluntary basis);

3) an optional group health insurance program for family members of the Employer's employees (financed by the Employer's employees on a voluntary basis

The Employer requires employment under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510) by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing during the implementation of the Subject Orders, activities indicated in point 4.8 of the SWZ.
