The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) requires a Contractor to provide Ground-s Maintenance services, as outlined in this Scope of Work (SOW), at Toronto Pearson International Airport (the “Airport”), including but not limited to, landscaping, turf management, plant care, soil management, planting, pruning, grass cutting and trimming, winter preparation,, site cleanliness and weekly cleanup, irrigation system operation, raking leaves and/or debris, and fertilization, litter control, and herbicide application (collectively the “Work”).Additional work, on an as and when requested basis only, shall include, without limitation: irrigation repairs, repair and replacement of plant material (trees and shrubs), mulching, and turf repairs, or other work within the airport campus related to grounds maintenance.
