We are conducting a preliminary collection of proposals for the search for a ground server supplier for the "FORA" network. We are waiting for your commercial proposals according to the description below. Important: Please indicate the price in UAH, taking into account the current exchange rate on the date of submission of the proposal, specifying the relevant information in the comments. Submit answer to additional questions in the tender documents. WE WILL CONSIDER the alternative Technical task (focus on GPU + BZ) 1. Critical requirements (mandatory) 1.1. Video card (GPU) Video memory: minimum 96 GB. Performance: CUDA ≥ 24, 000, orFP32 ≥ NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 level (≈91 TFLOPS). 2x GPUs are allowed, if the memory and performance specifications are met. The supplier must provide official confirmation of the parameters (CUDA/TFLOPS/VRAM). 1.2. Power supply unit (PSU) Certification: no lower than 80+ Bronze. Power is at the discretion of the supplier, but must ensure stable operation of the selected GPU / two GPUs. All other characteristics are not critical and are determined by the supplier. 2. Recommended requirements (optional) Just to understand the specifics, offers without this block are valid. CPU: AMD Threadripper PRO 995WX or similar from 48 cores. AI-oriented Intel processors are possible. RAM: Server ECC, from 128-256 GB. Storage: NVMe SSD from 2 TB. Cooling system: Designed for 24/7. 3. Requirements for the offer Clear GPU specification (VRAM / CUDA / TFLOPS). Power supply certification data (80+ Bronze or higher). Other components - at the choice of the supplier.
