Description : I. BRIEF BACKGROUND :
The Department of Tourism - National Capital Region, through its Product and Market Development Unit (PMDU) together with the International Manila Food Festival team, is in support to the First Annual International Manila Food Festival 2025 (MFWF) with the theme, “Welcoming a New Era in Filipino Food”.
Previously dubbed as the Manila Food and Wine Festival (MFWF), this year, the festival will be named as the International Manila Food Festival (IMFF). The IMFF aims to highlight Filipino food and Chefs as the global culinary stage is turning the attention the Philippines - where acclaimed chefs are celebrating our cuisine and the esteemed Michelin Guide has set its sights on our food. Now in its third year, the team continued to extended invitations to 2nd and 3rd Generation Fil-Am Chefs from Europe and US, and Foreign Tourists from our neighboring countries in ASEAN to join in celebration of this festival.
