The Logistics Department of the Defense Forces (hereinafter Procurement Unit) requests your offer for the procurement of Ground Handling Services for the Defense Forces in accordance with this request for tenders and its attachments. ground handling of materials and personnel at Tampere-Pirkkala airport. In addition, the subject of the procurement is the ground handling of defense material and personnel arriving and departing Finland at any airport in the procurement area. Ground handling services mean aircraft landing and services performed in the period between take-offs. Arriving or departing aircraft can be passenger, cargo or military aircraft, the ground handling of which must be given a price specific to the aircraft type (see appendix 2). In addition, there are separately priced services such as de-icing, toilet and water service, which must be able to produce if necessary. Air cargo and baggage must be unloaded or loaded on board and passengers must be able to offer services. The need and volume of the necessary services varies by field. If unloading or loading the machine requires Highloader equipment or other special equipment (other special equipment related to the handling of military material), the defense forces use their own equipment in it.
