Description : MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be a Department of Tourism accredited tour operator / ground handler
2. Must be registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS)
3. Must be willing to provide services on a send-bill arrangement
4. Must provide the services of a DOT-accredited tour guide to lead the group for the duration of the four (4) day familiarization tour
SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES
1. INTERNATIONAL AIR TICKET
• Provision of roundtrip international air tickets for the five (5) participants from Cambodia
• Air tickets must be rebookable with minimal fees
• Unutilized flights, if any, must not be charged to the DOT and be excluded from the final billing.
