1018257 OverviewProject Title:Ground Grid Testing (2027FY)Scope of Work:This is for the following types of testing at various substations and switching stations throughout Saskatchewan:• Ground Grid Impedance Testing• Soil Resistivity Testing• Step & Touch Potential TestingTesting shall be performed during the 2027FY maintenance season (up to March 31, 2027) at the stations listed in the Technical Specifications of the RFP. To ensure the test results are valid, testing must not be performed when the ground is frozen and should be performed in warm and dry conditions (summer or fall months recommended).Project Location:Multiple locations: 23 SaskPower substations and switching stations across Saskatchewan. Full list is available in the RFP Technical SpecificationsProject Timelines:This work will happen throughout the 2027FY maintenance season, up to March 31/2027Mandatories:SaskPower has provided mandatory requirements that include minimum experience in performing different types of testing. SaskPower will only accept proposals from Proponents who meet the list of mandatory requirements listed within the Mandatory Requirements - Form 8 of the Appendix D - Submission Forms. SaskPower has the sole, absolute and final discretion and authority to determine whether a proponent meets the mandatory requirements.Note: In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or conflict between this description and the RFP documents, the RFP documents shall prevail.
