The subject of the design works is the solution of the attic addition and extension to the building in the Třebohostice district in Škvorce [762741], parc. No. 52 - existing school, according to the Architectural study prepared by the company: VMS projekt s.r.o., Ing. Václav Steinhaizl, Ing. arch. Kateřina Matasová, IČO: 273 94 361 Registered office: Novorossijská 977/16, 100 00 Prague 10 - Vršovice, Office: Čerčanská 640/30 b, 140 00 Prague 4. The content of the documentation will be, in addition to the solution to the attic and superstructure according to the study, which forms Annex No. 1 of this call for submission of bids, as well as a solution to the insulation of the facade of the original "old building" and the annex with a toilet, as well as complete reconstruction of the boiler room and heating and hot water distribution in the old building, i.e. designing a suitable type of heater, regulation of heating elements, etc. CPV Subject: Technical projecting
