INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF GROCERY ITEMS TO BE DISTRIBUTION TO CHILD DEVELOPMENT CHIDREN FOR SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING
The Municipality of Burgos, Ilocos Sur, through the Child Development Center Fund (Trust Fund) intends to apply the sum of PhP810, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Grocery Items to be distributed to CDC Children for Supplementary Feeding, GDS 2026-027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Burgos, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the Grocery Items to be Distributed to CDC Children for Supplementary Feeding, using the Public Bidding mode of procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 cds. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
