1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products to Kindergarten No. 2 in Pelplin, in the range and quantity specified in Annex No. 9 to SWZ.2. The assortment will be delivered every day (except holidays) from 7.00 to 8.00 from Monday to Friday. 3. The order will be placed by phone or e-mail by a person designated by the Ordering Party.4. If it is impossible to meet the delivery deadline, the Contractor is obliged to immediately notify about the above circumstance. Ordering Party.5.
