Groceries in store Mullsjö municipality hereby invites suppliers to submit tenders for the procurement Food products in stores. The municipality's operations need to sign agreements for the purchase of food in consumer packaging. Current activities include, among other things leisure centres, leisure farms, home economics teaching, certain school activities, group accommodation, homes for the elderly and accommodation with special services. The need mainly relates to smaller purchases and supplementary purchases of food and other daily goods. The procurement aims to sign a so-called pantry agreement with one or more grocery stores with a wide range in the local area. The agreement must satisfy the businesses' needs for food in consumer packaging as well as certain related product groups such as simpler household goods, hygienartiklar och säsongsvaror. The agreement must also support the businesses' need for flexibility and enable purchases that may have educational or social purposes, where users or students participate in purchases in stores as part of the business. The goal of the procurement is to ensure access to a suitable assortment with good quality, high availability and proximity to purchase points, while the agreement creates efficient and practical purchasing opportunities for the municipality's operations.
