Tender Details

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of knocked basalt chips of 2-5 mm fraction in an amount of up to 170 tons by self-unloading trucks and of knocked basalt chips of 5-8 mm fraction in an amount of up to 80 tons by self-dumping trucks. Grits must meet the requirements PN-EN 13043:2004 standards. The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to the above-mentioned requirements, however, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to indicate that the supplies he offers meet the requirements specified by Ordering Party. The delivery of gritstones meeting the requirements of another standard will be considered as equivalent solutions, provided that the technical parameters contained in such a standard are not worse than the parameters specified in the PN-EN 13043:2004 standard. The specified quantity of the item is estimated values, in the event of failure to complete the quantitative purchase by the Ordering Party during the term of the contract, the purchase is considered completed without any claims for damages.
