Greening of the forge TATRA METALURGIE a.s. - forging line The subject of the Public Contract is the modernization of the forge of TATRA METALURGIE a.s. through the replacement of outdated production lines and related operating equipment that negatively affect the living and working environment, for new technologies that meet current ecological and technical standards. The implementation focuses on purely technological and functional reconstruction, taking place mainly within the existing building of the forge. The new solution reduces environmental impacts, maintains the original functionality, but with a higher degree of automation, which improves the hygiene of work and increases the quality of production. The subject of the Public Contract is the supply, assembly, comprehensive testing and commissioning of equipment including in accordance with Technical report operating file PS 10.200 Forging line. Part of the performance of the Public Contract is also ensuring the readiness of equipment for connection to the Employer's corporate network in accordance with the specification of Article 6.15 of Appendix No. 11 ZD (Technical Report) - PS 17, 000 Low Power divorces. A detailed definition of the subject of the Public Procurement, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in Annex No. 11 ZD (Technical Report), while for the purposes of this Public Procurement, only those are considered to be the subject of performance supplies and services that are explicitly defined in this ZD and Annex No. 10 ZD (Binding draft contract), which relates in particular to the above-mentioned operating files (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").
