This is a NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA) / SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS.
This is NOT a solicitation. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch, (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio Lackland intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Fixed Price Contract for the following technical support services:
Annual Technical Support for Green Hills Professional Integrated Development Environment Windows hosted network floating license; PoP: 1 Jun 2026 through 31 May 2027
Annual Technical Support for Green Hills for Professional Bundle 1 product line license; PoP: 1 Jun 2026 through 31 May 2027
The source of this technical support is Green Hills Software, Inc., CAGE: 04LG3.
Detailed technical data for the Annual Technical Support for Green Hills Professional Integrated Development Environment Windows hosted network floating and Professional Bundle 1 product line licenses are not available from the Government. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: In Accordance With (IAW) 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1, only one responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by the end of May 2026.
