Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of activities performed in a professional manner in accordance with the principles of horticultural art:

a) Maintenance of the Miniarboretum

b) Maintenance of Powstańcow Śląskich Square

c) Maintenance of squares and flower beds

d) Work on the boulevard

e) Creation of a hedge of hydrangeas and yew

f) Careyoung trees

2.The scope of services and their description can be found in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e.: detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ), draft provisions of the contract, template calculation form.

3.According to the content of Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Partyinforms that it sets requirements regarding employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the execution of the order consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (i.e. Journal of LawsLaws of 2020, item 1320 as amended d.).

The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to employ, under an employment contract,

persons performing the activities indicated below during the execution of the order:

a) employed as employees performing activities directly related to the provision of servicescovered by the subject of the order referred to in § 1 section 1 of the contract, i.e. physical activities (manual workers). The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to employ persons providing transport services under an employment contract.
