Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the planting of flowers, in particular: a) Installation, planting and maintenance of hanging pots. b) Planting and maintenance of flower pots. c) Planting and maintenance of flower bed structures. d) Planting and maintenance of flowerbeds and flower beds in the ground. e) Arrangement Christmas.2. The scope of work, individual quantities and their description are included in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e.: Description of the subject of the order (OPZ), the offer price calculation form and in the draft provisions of the contract.3. Pursuant to the content of Art. 95 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party informs that it sets requirements regarding employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the order, consisting in performing work in a manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended).
