part I - works on public transport terminals: bus and tram, located in the capital city. Warsaw, consisting in cleaning and maintaining low and high greenery /Warszawa left bank/, To carry out works consisting in cleaning and maintenance of low and high greenery. The Contractor will employ people based on an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. Detailed conditions related to the employment of people based on an employment contract are set out in Annex No. 5 to the template contract. If the activities referred to above are entrusted to a subcontractor, the requirement of employment under an employment contract applies accordingly to the subcontractor's employees.
