1. The subject of the order is the service of care and maintenance of greenery in some facilities administered by the Government Administration Service Center. 2. The subject of the order will be implemented in the following locations: 1) Chancellery of the President RadyMinistrów, Al. Ujazdowskie 1/3, Warsaw. The garden area is under conservation protection, entered in the register under no. 1597, pursuant to the decision of September 15, 1996 issued by the Masovian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments.2) ul. Belwederska 46/50, Warszawa.3)ul. Powsińska 69/71, Warszawa.4)ul. Grzesiuka 6, 8, 9, Warszawa.3.A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ (Price Form).4.The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.5. The Framework Agreement will include all services listed in Annex 1 to SWZ.6. The Ordering Party informs that implementation proceedings will be conducted during the term of the framework agreement will take place via the purchasing platform at: https://zamowienia.eb2b.com.pl or https://platforma.eb2b.com.pl, which will require the Contractor to use a qualified electronic signature.
