The subject of the order is: Greenery maintenance service in road lanes in the following districts: Wirek, Bielszowice, Halemba, Orzegów, Godula, Ruda, Kochłowice, Bykowina, Nowy Bytom, Chebzie in Ruda Śląska. Lists of real estate owned by or at the disposal of the City of Ruda Śląska, together with the definition of the area to be cleaned, constitute Annexes No. 4.1-4.3 to the SWZ. The ordering party divides the order into parts: •Part No. 1 - Task No. 1: Greenery maintenance service in road lanes in districts: Orzegów, Godula, Ruda in Ruda Śląska - subject of the order - Annex No. 4.1 to the SWZ; •Part No. 2 - Task No. 2: Greenery maintenance service in road lanes in the districts of Wirek, Bielszowice and Halemba in Ruda Śląska - subject of the order - Annex No. 4.2 to the SWZ; •Part No. 3 - Task No. 3: Greenery maintenance service in road lanes in the districts of Kochłowice, Bykowina, Nowy Bytom and Chebzie in Ruda Śląska, subject of the order - Annex No. 4.3 to the SWZ. The contractor's remuneration is the price lump sum for the performance of the subject of the order, resulting from its scope of specifications of the terms of the order, the contract and its annexes. Order completion date: from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028.
