Description
This solicitation is for the following work to be performed at the Manchester Ranger District Office located in Manchester, Vermont.
Item 0001 - Provide services to repair Outdoor Condensing Unit 1 at the Manchester District Office. Workshall include replacing the suction line accumulator, install new filter drier and recharging the system.Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, testing, and incidental materials to accomplish the repairs.
Item 0002 - Provide services to perform a one time annual maintenance for three (3) OutdoorCondensing Units and three (3) propane furnaces at the Manchester District Office. Work shall includecleaning condensing unit coils, replacing filters, check refrigerant levels and recharge as necessary, and any other maintenance recommended by the manufacturer. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, and incidental materials to accomplish the repairs.
There is no pre-quote meeting. All questions shall be emailed to Carol Northrop at carol.northrop@usda.gov on or before April 8, 2024.
The period of performance of this contract is estimated to be May 1, 2024 - June 30, 2024.
