Provision of technical inspection and investment management services in connection with the following investment: "Green Corridor in the heart of Budafok" investment financed by the TOP_PLUSZ -4.1.1-23 Healthy streets program tender. The investment is in accordance with the 2023 Decree on the Order of State Construction Investments LXIX is subject to the law. In order to implement the project, a project organization must be established according to the provisions of the law (mandatory members: builder, project manager, investment manager - technical inspector, cost expert, operator). When performing their duties, they must take into account: • the 2023. year LXIX the provisions of the Act and related relevant legislation • 98/2025 on the detailed rules for cost control of state investments. (V.12.) the provisions of Government Decree, • 575/2021 on the procedure and operation of the National Investment Monitoring System. (X.21.) Govt. prescribed in the decree, • as well as those contained in the supporting document. The main features of the construction investment: Within the framework of the project, we will implement a pedestrian-centered street with a uniform appearance, connected rows of trees and seating furniture. A key aspect is the reduction of vehicle traffic, a pedestrian street design, accessibility.
