This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the supply and delivery of UV stabilized plastic curbside organics collection containers ("green bins") for the Region of Waterloo Green Bin program.
All bid documents are available on the Region of Waterloo s website at https://bids.regionofwaterloo.ca Bidders Must Create an Account or Log Into Their Account To Register for the Bid Opportunity before they can download the Bid Document and/or Addenda/Addendum. An annual subscription or one time payment to Bids and Tenders is required in order to download the document.
If a Bidder has obtained this Bid Document from a third party, the onus is on the Bidder to create an account and register for the bid opportunity on the Region of Waterloo website, as instructed above.
All Addenda/Addendum shall be posted on the Region s Bid Opportunities website. The onus is on the Bidders to ensure that they have downloaded all Addenda/Addendum, whether the Bidder has received notification from the Region s Bid Opportunities website or not.
The Region reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any Bid and also reserves the right to accept other than the lowest Bid and to cancel this Bid at any time.
