Products or services: Planting or garden maintenance services The purpose of this public tender is to contract the concession of the conservation and comprehensive maintenance service of the green areas corresponding to the Northern sector of the commune of Pudahuel, with the purpose of ensuring its adequate state of conservation, cleanliness, safety, functionality and landscape value, through the permanent and timely execution of maintenance, irrigation, pruning, fertilization, control phytosanitary, replacement of plant species, management of urban trees, cleaning and other activities necessary to preserve and improve these public spaces. Likewise, the service must be aimed at guaranteeing the operational continuity of the areas greens, promote environmental sustainability through the efficient use of resources, especially water, contribute to the well-being and quality of life of the community, and ensure that public spaces maintain a quality standard in accordance with the needs of the neighbors and the guidelines established by the Illustrious Municipality of Pudahuel.
