The aim of the adoption of this adoption is to ensure the driveability in the province of East Flanders in district D413 Eeklo along the regional and motorways and their appurbs through the implementation of maintenance and repair work on the existing green patrimony and the implementation of periodic cleanliness maintenance. District Eeklo (D413) includes the following municipalities: Maldegem, Eeklo, Sint-Laureins, Kaprijke, Assenede, Evergem, Lievegem, Aalter, Deinze, Zulte. The total length of the road sections to be treated, per plot, is shown In the detailed inventory that is added to this specifications. This inventory is purely informative. Changes to the total length during the term of the agreement do not open the right to any form of compensation for the contractor.
