Tender Details

1. The order envisages the preparation of design documentation and the performance of construction works based on it, under: Priority 2 European Funds for a green Western Pomerania, Measure 2.13, Adaptation to climate change (ZIT).2. The subject of the order includes: 1) preparation of full-discipline design documentation, including in particular: - multi-discipline construction design, technical design and executive designs, - land development design taking into account the guidelines of the Conservator of Monuments for landscape protection zone K, - Tree Protection Project in the investment process, - geotechnical documentation and water law report (if required), - detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, - investor's cost estimate and bills of quantities; 2) execution of construction works, including: a) hydraulic activities: - redirection of rainwater from the storm sewage system to ul. Szpitalna to the pond, - reconstruction/elimination of the well at the pond, - reconstruction of the well in which the dry river will be turned back into the sewage system, - the slopes will be manually mowed together with raking and disposal (in accordance with the Waste Act...
