Following the establishment of the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility (REGULATION (EU) 2021/241), the RRF Financing Agreement was signed between the European Commission and the Hellenic Republic in July 2021. Subsequently, the Greek Recovery and Resilience Plan was approved, including the "Completion of the Small Satellites Project" under Component 2.1: CONNECT. The Project Arrangement for ESA Assistance in Management and Implementation of the Greek National Satellite Project was signed in 2019 between the ESA DG and theGreek Government (ESA/LEG/495), subsequently adjusted in 2021 (ESA/C(2021)169. In this framework the Greek Ministry of Digital Governance, in a letter addressed to the DG and DG-I in September 2023, presented an alternative National Space Plan based on 3 Axes. Thepresent Axis 3 activity covers the delivery of the Governmental Hub and includes:1.
