Description : The Greater Manchester Combined Authority is seeking suitable organisations to deliver a Greater Manchester Restricted Eligibility Support Service, which will provide person-centred and joined-up support and advice to people with restricted eligibility in Greater Manchester who are facing, or at risk of, homelessness. Providers will also be expected to work with GMCA to facilitate system change, supporting the improvement of mainstream homelessness provision for people with restricted eligibility and contributing to GMCA's policy change priorities. The programme will be procured as two separate-but closely interconnected- Lots:• Lot 1: Immigration and Legal Advice. Provider(s) will deliver immigration and other legal advice and casework to support people with restricted eligibility to regularise their status and/or gain access to welfare benefits, where possible, in order to prevent and/or support move-on from homelessness. Provider(s) will work collaboratively in partnership with other support providers in the Service, to deliver a holistic offer for the client.
