Description

The Executive Office for United States Attorney`s (EOUSA) intends to award a Purchase Order to Grayshift, LLC, 931 Monroe Drive NE., Ste A102-340, Atlanta, GA 30308, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The EOUSA anticipates award on a sole source basis to Grayshift, LLC to provide GrayKey License Renewal. The period of performance is anticipated to be one (1) year from date of award.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A request for qote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
