This effort is to contract with an afway netcents 2 vendor to upgrade both currently installed gravograph is400s engravers with latest g8 software. Upgrade 1 of the is400s engravers with usb controller. Provide all new cutters. Diamond blade tip, and burnishing cutters. Provide (2) on site (4) hour training sessions a month a part. Provide video sessions for later use and review. Provide another (4) hour training and review session in (6) months. The new software and components are for the air force mortuary affairs operations (afmao) uniform shop. These components are to replace existing system components which are at an end-of-life, non-warrantable status. Please consult the list of document viewers if you cannot open a file.
