Description : Invitation to Bid for Gravelling of Farm to Market Road
1) The Sangguniang Barangay Kakawit, Lucban, Quezon, through the Barangay Supplemental Budget 2026 (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ONLY (500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GRAVELLING OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Kakawit now invites bids for GRAVELLING OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD. Completion of the Works is required within 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
