The R.M. of Sutton No. 103 is accepting sealed tenders for the loading, hauling, and spreading of between 15, 000 and 20, 000 cubic yards of gravel from a pit operated by the R.M. (located at NW 18-11-1-W3) onto various roads throughout the municipality in 2026. The average haul distance is estimated to be approximately 6.5 miles. Due to the location of the gravel pit, some of the haul will only be a short distance; therefore, the R.M. will accept a minimum yard-mile rate. Unless otherwise agreed, the most direct haul route must be taken in all cases; if a longer route is used, the R.M. will pay based on the distance of the direct route. The haul is to commence as soon as weather permits.
