Gravel will be supplied by the Municipality from one pit. Gravelling to be completed by August 31st, 2026. The R.M. requests that all bidders submit pricing by cubic yard for loading gravel from stockpiles into trucks, as well as a cost per cubic yard-mile for hauling and spreading, along with any additional costs. Please attach “Letter of good standing” from Saskatchewan WCB, confirmation of insurance, a list of truck/trailer units to be used and references, if available. The municipality has the right to randomly weigh any or all of the loads. We require Belly Dump only. Tenders to be received by the Administrator no later than 3:30 p.m. May 11th, 2026, Tenders will be opened at the regular meeting of Council on May 12th, 2026.
